From landscape assessments to implementation and supervision, we supported this scheme where the River Kelvin runs through Kirkintilloch.  Defences included both flood walls and earth structures within urban and rural areas. As part of the proposals we designed micro-sinuosity into river tributaries and re-vegetated disturbed areas with seed mixes of local provenance.
