We have two fully trained, City and Guilds qualified rope and harness climbers who are also licensed bat ecologists.  They are on stand-by to climb and closely inspect any trees with a high-tech flexible videoscope, where there may be suitable bat roost features. This process of checking trees with suitable bat roost features ensures that there is no breach of wildlife legislation when felling trees.
